Think Automotive was founded in 1967.
We produce the MOCAL oil cooling equipment which is available from the world's leading vehicle performance equipment resellers. Our success in marketing our own products has led to us being asked to distribute LAMINOVA oil to water oil coolers, EWP electric water pumps and filler caps from the UK's two leading manufacturers.
End users of all types (Formula 1 teams, vehicle manufacturers, DIY enthusiasts etc) are catered for in our comprehensive catalogue that attempts to provide a one stop shop. This also features Aeroquip hoses and fittings and related products from USA, UK.& Germany also suitable products from their Aerospace division. The Icore ProGold range of hose and fittings was recently added. These together with products from Speedflow in Australia, Krontec in Germany and oil coolers from the Setrab range plus much more enables us to offer the most comprehensive vehicle plumbing service.
We have built up a vast knowledge of problems connected with flows and pressure drops and are happy to advise on suitable equipment for complete fuel and oil installations.
Manufacturing of special items, warehousing and sales takes place at our premises at Isleworth conveniently placed for access from London, the airports and the motorway systems. All mail orders are dealt with on a same day basis and we are pleased to see callers at our trade counter, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
Rob Potter is managing director. Richard Collins, general manager deals with the day to day running of the business. Matthew Potter looks after the end users and is assisted by Santino Meale and Jeff Essex, Nick Fitzgerald has responsibility for our world wide exports.
